Bilateral meeting with Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade
Minister Charan J. Singh held a bilateral meeting with Eswatini’s Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade, Senator Manqoba B. Khumalo during the 62nd ISO Council Meeting at Ezulwini.
Minister Khumalo welcomed Minister Singh and his delegation and thanked him for attending the council meeting.
Both ministers exchanged ideas to work together on all matters of mutual importance for the sugar industry and export markets given number of challenges such as climate change and rising cost of trade due to geo-political issues.
Fiji was commended on its recovery for tourism and being a pristine destination. Minister Charan invited Hon. Khumalo to visit Fiji at his leisure.
The meeting ended with further discussions how both countries can support each other at high level international meetings as developing nations.
