Today, the Minister for Multi-Ethnic Affairs and Sugar Industry, Hon. Charan Jeath Singh, handed over the second round of grants to six community-based organizations in the Central Division and one crematorium project in Levuka.

Speaking at the handover, Minister Singh highlighted the program’s impact, which has played a vital role in empowering communities and enhancing service delivery across the country.โ€

โ€œOur assistance has not only improved access to resources but has also fostered greater collaboration and unity among community members working towards shared goals. In essence, the Program is promoting social cohesion, one of the core objectives of the Ministry,โ€ he said.

โ€œThis clearly demonstrates that the Ministry, under the leadership of the Coalition Government, is making a meaningful and positive impact at the grassroots level,โ€ said Hon. Singh.
