The Ministry of Multi-Ethnic Affairs and Sugar Industry welcomes Mr. Adrian Sunil Parshu Ram to be appointed as the Board of Directors for the Fiji Sugar Corporation Ltd (FSC).

Mr. Ram has been nominated to the FSC board by the Minister for Multi-Ethnic Affairs and Sugar Industry, Hon. Charan Jeath Singh, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister Hon. Sitiveni Ligamamada Rabuka. His nomination follows the resignation of Mr. Atil Narayan, who has served on the FSC board for the past five years.

Mr. Ram brings extensive experience in law, accounting, and business management to the FSC board. He is the owner of a leading full-service law firm in Fiji, with 30 years of expertise in insurance, commercial, company, labor, and family law. He also has a strong background in public and private accounting, taxation, and litigation.

Minister Singh warmly welcomed Mr. Ram to be appointed as Director by the FSC Board and assured him of all support from the Ministry. He expressed confidence that Mr. Ram’s extensive expertise in law, accounting, and business management will greatly contribute to the board’s efforts in strengthening the sugar industry.

Minister Charan Jeath Singh also expressed his gratitude to the outgoing Director, Mr. Atil Narayan, who resigned due to personal commitments, for his dedication and service to the sugar industry over the past five years.
